Our research aims are three-fold: (1) To assess the association between HIV testing self-efficacy (HTSE) and self-report intention of frequent HIV testing among HIV-negative or status-unknown young black men who have sex with men (YBMSM); (2) To individually examine the multivariable-adjusted association of each determining construct with HTSE among HIV-negative or status-unknown YBMSM; (3) To explore the socioecological correlates of each determining construct and identify modifiable factors.
