IT Services for Students
The SON ITS Help Desk offers assistance to students, faculty, staff and visitors to the School of Nursing. Room reservations, package deliveries, and many technology related services are functions of this area. The ITS Help Desk facilities and services are free and available to all during regular operating hours.
About the IT Help Desk
The desk is staffed by members of the SON IT Services team. Calls to the SON IT Help Line (x5-7500), emails to the Help Desk (SONHelp@urmc.rochester.edu) and "help button" requests are handled by staff at the Help Desk, among others. Questions or issues requiring immediate help can be brought to the desk and can be resolved or triaged to other members of the team as needed.
Location and Hours
The ITS Help Desk is located on the first floor of Helen Wood Hall near the Crittenden Blvd entrance (Room 1w142). Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
