How a nurse-driven workplace wellness program is changing lives and reducing risks

A nurse-led workplace wellness program is changing the way we think about preventative care. Founded and operated at the University of Rochester School of Nursing, the UR Medicine Center for Employee Wellness is now celebrating 10 years of delivering life-changing programs to Western New York communities. From comprehensive biometric screenings to lifestyle coaching and chronic condition management, recent research shows that Employee Wellness' programs are helping individuals reduce their health risks — and the cost of treating them.
