Bio

Tabitha Galindo, PT, DPT, EdD, NCS is Assistant Professor and Director of Curriculum in the developing Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the University of Rochester. A board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, her work integrates rehabilitation science, health professions education, and clinical innovation to improve outcomes for learners and patients alike.

Galindo's scholarship focuses on inclusive excellence and innovation in healthcare education, neurodiversity-affirming pedagogy, and trauma-informed approaches to education and practice. She is passionate about building interdisciplinary partnerships that translate evidence into educational and clinical practice.

An award-winning educator and leader within the American Physical Therapy Association, Galindo is committed to advancing accessible learning environments, developing future healthcare leaders, and fostering collaborative research that drives meaningful change across healthcare and academia.
