The purpose of this blinded, 2×2 factorial design RCT is to examine the efficacy and synergistic effect of 6- month cycling and Speed of Processing (SOP) training on cognition and relevant mechanisms [aerobic fitness, cortical thickness, and functional connectivity in default mode network (DMN)] in older adults with aMCI.
