SON Scholarship Form

To prepare clinicians and leaders within our health care system and region, we are committed to supporting our students through a variety of financial aid opportunities—including scholarships and grants awarded to eligible students based on where they live or work.

Eligible students may apply to receive tuition support through the following opportunities:


How to Apply

Once you have been admitted to an eligible program and met all eligibility criteria, you must complete the SON Scholarship Form to apply for consideration to the appropriate scholarship or grant opportunity. Keep in mind you will be required to complete this form every semester you intend to receive the scholarship or grant, after registering for courses.

Please note:

  • When prompted to log in to complete the SON Scholarship form, select the “Sign in with Microsoft” option, and use your URMC email address and Active Directory password. Please contact or (585) 275-7500 for questions or concerns about logging in or accessing Smartsheet.
  • UR Medicine affiliate employees looking to learn more about employee-sponsored tuition benefits should contact their employer's Human Resources department. University employees may refer to the Total Rewards Tuition Benefits page.
  • University employees looking to receive UR employee tuition benefits must complete the online Employee Tuition Waiver application. Log into HRMS and follow the path "Self Service > Benefits > Tuition > Apply Employee Tuition Waiver." Please contact for questions or concerns with your Employee Tuition Waiver application.
