| Description: | The overall goal of this project is to adapt an evidence-based family-building intervention to address the unique needs of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse cancer survivors and develop accompanying nursing resources to support future implementation and testing. 1. Adapt the existing Roadmap to Parenthood intervention by developing and integrating gender minority-specific content through focus groups with transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse cancer survivors. 2. Develop a nurse-led implementation toolkit and clinical resource package through focus groups with oncology nurses, survivorship clinicians, and other key stakeholders to support affirming family-building communication, referral navigation, and integration into survivorship care. |
