- This foundational course provides an overview of ethics, policy, and law related to advanced nursing practice. In this course, students will learn about ethics and policy related to health care. Students will learn to evaluate policies and ethical dilemmas in advanced nursing practice using established frameworks. Major assignments in this course will allow students to practice constructing well-reasoned arguments to advocate for changes in policies or laws and to support ethical decisions.
