Description:

In this course, students learn, develop, and demonstrate advanced health assessment skills within the context of the nurse practitioner role, emphasizing techniques to differentiate normal and abnormal findings. Students receive instruction on principles of complex interviewing, advanced physical examination, and other assessments as the foundation for diagnosis and treatment.
