Description:
In Capstone, students will synthesize knowledge acquired throughout the curriculum to begin the transition to a practicing registered nurse role. Through experiential learning, students will demonstrate competent clinical judgment and reasoning, and effective communication skills, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe client-centered care. Didactic experiences will focus on preparation for the licensure exam and professional identity formation with an emphasis on personal wellness.
