DNP-prepared clinicians and leaders must collaborate with healthcare consumers and interprofessional teams—while fostering a climate of mutual learning and respect—to optimize healthcare access, delivery, and outcomes. Throughout this course, you will enhance your leadership and systems thinking skills through foundational team dynamics, collaboration, and communication principles. By completing experiential learning activities, you will develop your professional identity statement as a nurse and systems-thinking leader, culminating in a personalized leadership action plan focused on emotional intelligence.
