Description:
In this independent doctoral clinical practicum is designed to prepare the student with advanced project management skills essential for assessing organizational systems and identifying challenges or opportunities for innovation in healthcare settings. The student will focus on conducting needs assessments, analyzing healthcare environments, and collaborating with key stakeholders to inform decision-making. Additionally, the student will develop the ability to outline evidence-based practices that drive innovation and address resistance to change, enhancing their ability to navigate complex healthcare challenges. The practicum provides a structured environment for the student to explore their clinical setting, critically evaluate findings, and apply knowledge gained from foundational coursework.
