NSG 323 - Anatomy and Physiology Lab II for the Health Sciences

Description:

This online, asynchronous course is designed as a stand-alone lab that can be taken concurrently with any anatomy physiology course such as Anatomy and Physiology II and Application to Health (NSG 313). The lab kit utilized in this course contains specialized equipment, an animal cadaver, and other anatomical parts. Learners will study the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and endocrine systems, while also exploring the interrelationships between systems, from molecular to organ levels, which are critical to the proper function of the dynamic human body. This course provides learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct laboratory experiments and utilize the scientific method in a home setting.

Purchase your Anatomy and Physiology version 2 2nd Edition Lab Kit through the eScienceLabs website. If using financial aid to cover course costs, please purchase your Lab Kit by contacting the UR Barnes & Noble Bookstore.  Please note that you will need at least 6 weeks to complete all the labs, as there are some labs that require several weeks for observation and analysis.
