Hands-on clinical experiences require travel to medical facilities across the region.
Clinical training in the DNP Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA) program is designed to provide progressive, hands-on experience in real clinical settings, supported by experienced clinical teams and expert oversight. Students build the skills and confidence needed for advanced anesthesia practice through exposure to complex, high-acuity care environments.
All School of Nursing programs follow the travel expectations outlined in the Student Handbook. Students are responsible for arranging reliable transportation to and from clinical sites, often located off campus, and should plan accordingly. Access to a personal vehicle, public transportation, or other mobility services is essential to meeting course objectives.
