The School of Nursing is committed to supporting PhD in Nursing & Health Science students financially.
All full-time PhD students at the School of Nursing receive a full tuition waiver for up to 60 credits and an additional cost-of-living stipend of $25,000. The School of Nursing provides tuition awards for PhD and MS-PhD students for the required courses in both the master's and PhD programs. The $25,000 stipend is provided for the first four years of full-time study.

Scholarship Opportunities
Additional financial support is facilitated in following years through assistance with student applications for a wide range of funding for continued PhD study and research. In addition to tuition and stipend support, our students have also earned outside funding to support their education, including:

- research and teaching assistantships in the School of Nursing
Part-time Study
Financial aid may be available to part-time students depending on credit load. Employees of the University of Rochester may also explore tuition benefits to support part-time study.
