The RN to BS to MS programs are designed to broaden your nursing skills and prepare you to become a nurse practitioner, nurse educator, or leader. This program allows you to be admitted at both the bachelor's and master's level and apply some coursework toward both bachelor's and master's credit requirements.

A blend of online and evening sessions provides the convenience of working at your own pace to earn your bachelor’s degree along with a personal touch that other schools don’t offer. Our faculty are highly experienced clinicians and researchers, and classwork is focused on real-world applications of evidence-based practices. Complete all of your clinical experience right here in the University of Rochester Medical Center.

The RN to BS to MS programs are designed for academically strong, experienced nurses who want to enhance their skills and meet the challenges of a rapidly changing health care system.

Applicants must have an associate's degree or diploma in nursing as well as RN licensure in New York State. Eligibility criteria and other requirements may apply depending on master's specialty. Learn more about program eligibility and application requirements.
