It’s scary to start, but once you start, it’s at the end of the tunnel is always the light and the sky is the limit. If I can make it, anybody can do it! ... There’s very good support from the faculty. I struggle with writing and we have writing resources. My instructor is dedicated and always cheerful.

Meet the Program Director

Michael Rosario-McCabe, EdD, RN, CCM

RN to BS Program Director

Michael Rosario-McCabe brings more than 30 years of clinical experience to his role as a faculty member at the School of Nursing. He worked in both the hospital and home care settings, developing a specialty practice in the care of HIV-positive patients before joining the School of Nursing faculty in 2018. At the School of Nursing, he has taught and advised students across the school’s undergraduate programs and became program director in 2022.
